Job Summary:
Ablers Commerce Academy is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator specializing in Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, compiling, and managing leads while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. This role is critical to our outreach and marketing efforts, helping to fuel the growth of our academy by generating high-quality leads for our various programs and courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Entry: Accurately input and update lead information into our CRM or lead management systems from various sources such as online directories, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads based on specific criteria such as target demographics, industries, or interests related to Ablers Commerce Academy’s offerings.
- Data Verification: Verify and validate lead data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance before entering it into the system.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage a clean, organized lead database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible to the marketing and sales teams.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and data quality assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand lead requirements and refine lead generation strategies.
- Confidentiality: Ensure all lead data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the lead data entry and management processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (any related eduactional Doucuments); additional certifications in data management, digital marketing, or a related field (Bsc, Mphill).
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within an educational or online business context.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or lead management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors quickly and accurately.
- Research Skills: Strong research skills to identify and gather high-quality leads from various online sources.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively, particularly in a remote work setting.
